Terrace III, Unit #90 has a stunning view that overlooks the 10th hole of the golf course and a large pond. Speaking of golf, Cross Creek allows renters to transfer the golf membership into your name for $200. $100 is refundable upon returning the membership cards back to the office at the end of your stay. A round of golf with a cart is $20 for the months of January, February and March. These were rates in 2009 and I have not been informed of a change in fee.

This is a top floor end unit, which makes for a private, quiet and secure property. (It is joined by only one wall to another unit.) This end unit condo allows maximum lighting and breezes because there are windows on three sides. The top floor condos all have vaulted ceilings, which make them seem more spacious than the first floor or second floor units. There are both an elevator and stairs for easy access.

The master bedroom includes a king size bed and a reading area with an easy chair. The master bath has a large walk-in ceramic shower. The guest bedroom has two twin size beds. The guest bath has a standard tub and shower. There is a new washer and new dryer inside the unit. The kitchen is well stocked with every pot, pan, serving dish, appliance, and utensil that you could wish for. There is an additional dining table in the lanai. The living room has a large, flat screen TV with remote, stereo, and a large L-shaped sofa.

Terrace III condos have their own pool, pool building with restrooms, water fountain, exercise room, sauna, BBQ, and a large covered picnic area. There is a gathering each Monday evening for those interested in sharing an appetizer, conversation, and beverage in the covered picnic area. You may also wish to utilize the main country club pool, spa and tennis courts.
